This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
With your consent, we also use IP-based lookup (via a third-party service, ipinfo.io) to identify the organization or internet service provider associated with a visit — for example, recognizing that a visit originated from a hospital system's or company's network. This identifies the organization, not the individual person browsing, and is used to understand which employers are engaging with our open positions.
We do not attempt to identify individual, personally-named visitors from anonymous browsing activity, and we do not sell visitor data to third parties.
